Description

Belec Compact Port HLC is a portable optical emission spectrometer designed for metal analysis when laboratory-level chemical characterization must be brought directly to the sample. It is particularly relevant for metallurgy, foundries, recycling, maintenance, inspection and quality-control operations where alloy verification and chemical composition data are required on site. Compared with rapid screening-only technologies, OES can support deeper characterization of metal alloys, including elements that are critical for material grade confirmation. The Compact Port HLC combines mobility with a high-performance optical system, software support and application accessories, making it suitable for users who need flexible field operation without losing analytical depth.

Technique: optical emission spectroscopy (OES). System type: portable/mobile metal analyzer. Optical system: Belec 6GSO optical system reported in product page. Software: Belec Win 21. Capabilities: metal alloy analysis; carbon, phosphorus and sulfur analysis with argon probe according to configuration; nitrogen in duplex steels optional. Use mode: on-site analysis with trolley/mobile handling. Accessories: adapters available for different sample shapes and sizes. Installation/training: performed by qualified Belec personnel according to supplier information.
