Description

BORAMAT® 18/30 is an automated dosing system for laboratories preparing fused beads for XRF analysis. It automates the dosing of flux into up to 18 or 30 crucibles, reducing manual weighing time and helping improve routine precision. Intelligent software, monitoring functions and weighing protocols support a more controlled workflow, reducing the risk of operator error during sample preparation. With adapters for different crucibles and beakers, multiple weighing modes, LIMS readiness and an integrated high-quality weighing module, BORAMAT is particularly useful for laboratories that process many XRF fusion samples and need traceable, efficient and repeatable flux dosing.

System type: automated flux dosing system. Capacity: up to 18 or 30 samples/crucibles depending on configuration. Weighing module: integrated Mettler Toledo® module according to supplier source. Weighing modes: sample/flux ratio, catch weight and absolute weight. Software: intelligent dosing software, monitoring functions, weighing protocols, LIMS readiness. Accessories: adapters for different crucibles and beakers; optional additional scale for sample weighing. Calibration: ISO 17025 calibration of weighing module available from supplier.
