Fenix is a compact benchtop XRD/XRF system designed for laboratories that need fast powder analysis without the complexity of large floor-standing instrumentation. It combines X-ray diffraction for phase identification with qualitative XRF spectral information, making it suitable for applications where mineralogical, structural, and elemental insight must be obtained from small powder quantities. Its robust design, simplified sample preparation, and air-cooled configuration make it well suited to routine laboratory use, teaching, quality control, and field-support laboratories. For customers working on geological, industrial, pharmaceutical, environmental, or customs-control samples, Fenix offers a practical route to high-value information while keeping the workflow lean and accessible.

System type: compact benchtop XRD/XRF. Sample type: powders; approx. 20 mg free powder, typically sieved below 150 µm. XRD range: 5–55° 2θ. XRF range: 3–20 keV. Detector: CCD detector, 1024 × 256 pixels, 26 µm pixel size, Peltier cooled. X-ray tube: 30 kV nominal, up to 19 W, air cooled; Co target as standard, Cu on request. Analysis time: typically 5–30 minutes. Dimensions: approximately 45 × 18 × 26 cm. Weight: approximately 12 kg. Interface: USB; Windows/Linux software; export formats include txt, csv, xy, plv, mdi and ASCII.
