VITRIOX® GAS is a gas-operated fusion machine developed for efficient and reliable preparation of fused beads for XRF analysis. It provides cold-to-cold automation with 2 to 6 positions that can operate simultaneously, making it suitable for laboratories requiring robust sample throughput and proven fusion performance. The system combines high-temperature control, upgradeable configuration, intuitive software, application storage and safety options such as gas detection, safety pilot and fume hood integration. It is particularly suitable for laboratories working with cement, minerals, mining, ceramics, environmental and industrial samples where fusion improves matrix consistency and analytical accuracy compared with pressed pellets.

Control: touch display with storage of application settings and fusion programs. Options: ICP/AAS and peroxide options reported by supplier. Connectivity: USB port for application exchange.
