Description

VITRIOX® ELECTRIC is a fully automatic electric fusion machine for laboratories preparing fused beads for XRF analysis. Designed for day-to-day XRF routine work, it supports cold-to-cold operation for 1, 2, 4 or 6 samples and combines precise temperature control with high-speed 3D agitation for homogeneous bead formation. Features such as a closed oven with lift bottom, equal temperature distribution, automatic sample handling, touchscreen control, USB connectivity and LIMS readiness help laboratories improve reproducibility and efficiency in fusion sample preparation. It is suitable for cement, ceramics, geology, environmental, mining and industrial QC laboratories that need high-quality fused beads and repeatable analytical results.
