The Vanta iX in-line XRF analyzer brings elemental analysis into automated and industrial production environments. It is designed for 24/7 quality control, alloy chemistry verification, pass/fail sorting, and process monitoring where fast, repeatable measurements are required without interrupting the production flow. Its compact, rugged architecture supports integration into robotic cells, conveyors, and automated inspection systems, with software and connectivity options for process communication. For manufacturers, recyclers, and production facilities, Vanta iX helps move material verification from periodic offline checks to continuous or near-continuous control, improving traceability, reducing sorting errors, and supporting data-driven quality decisions.
