AnalytiChem’s SYNERGY BLOCK digestion systems represent a new concept of flexibility in the sample mineralization process compared to SCP SCIENCE’s previous DigiPrep version (now acquired by AnalytiChem).
Made with a new design, they bring reliability and accuracy to sample preparation in your laboratory: the uniform temperature ensures that samples are digested precisely and reliably, ensuring accurate results.
A single system can be quickly modified to accommodate three types of tubes (15, 50 and 100ml) without sending the block for service, optimizing workflow and without wasting time. In fact, the block is equipped with removable graphite and Teflon-coated inserts to resist the most corrosive substances, ensuring long life and uniform heat transfer.
In SYNERGY BLOCK it is ideal for the digestion of environmental, mining and different types of materials samples, for methods requiring up to 240°C. The integrated multi-ramp touch screen controller is user friendly and allows you to program and monitor digestion.
It is available in two versions, based on the workload of the laboratory:
- SYSTEM 1: can accommodate from 12 to 48 samples
- SYSTEM 2: can accommodate from 24 to 96 samples
All SYNERGY blocks comply with the requirements of the Environmental Protection Agency (E.P.A.), the Office of Water Methods (i.e., 200.2, 200.7, 200.8, 200.9, 245.1, and 365.1), and the Office of Solid Waste SW846 Methods (3010a , 3020b, 3050b and 3060).
They are ISO 9001:2015 certified and CE, UL and CSA approved.
